Reservations in the hotel at Lake Achensee

Hotel room numbers and floors cannot be fixed upon reservation - however we will do everything we can to take your preferences into consideration.
All hotel rooms and suites are non-smoking.

ARRIVAL: Rooms are available starting at 15:00 (3 pm). If you plan to arrive for your hotel stay later than 19:30 (7:30pm), we ask that you please let us know in advance.
DEPARTURE: Please check out of your room by 10:30.

Our prices are per person and per night, excluding €3.00 local tax.
Package prices are per person for the corresponding duration of the hotel stay excluding €3.00 local tax per night.

Deduction for room / breakfast: €18 per night.

Surcharge for Single Occupancy:
Double Rooms Karwendel and Achensee € 40 per night
Double Room Sonnjoch and Rofan € 55 per night

Surcharge for Single Occupancy starting from summer 2025:
Double Rooms Karwendel and Achensee € 50 per night
Double Room Sonnjoch and Rofan € 70 per night
No discount will be given for included meals that the guest does not attend.

Parking

We provide one free parking space per room.

Pets in the hotel in Pertisau in Tyrol

Dogs are welcome provided you give us notification in advance and bring your own dog bed. We ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the dining rooms and in the Spa Vitality World . Hotel Pfandler reserves the right to charge for any final cleaning that may be required.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation sounds annoying, and it is - for you and for us. We recommend purchasing holiday insurance coverage in case something happens before or during your holiday. The provisions of the Austrian Hotel Contract apply. Place of jurisdiction is Schwaz/Tyrol.

Cancelation and changes

Cancellation conditions:

up to 30 days before arrival: no cancellation fees
from 29 days before arrival: 70 % of the total price is charged
from 7 days before arrival: 90 % of the total price is charged
no-show as well as early departure: 90 % of the total booking is charged

We recommend, especially in regard of Corona, that you insure your holiday with our Premium Hotel Cancellation Insurance. In case of illness, positive PCR test or quarantine, the insurance will cover the cancellation costs that you would have to bear yourself without insurance.
In the event of a lockdown or border closure, you can still cancel free of charge, even at short notice.
