The Entner Family has been active in hospitality and gastronomy in Pertisau on Lake Achensee for decades. Today, it is our pleasure to continue to run our hotel business with a personal touch. We are proud to welcome many regular guests who have been coming to Hotel Pfandler for years.

The Entner Family
Anton Entner
The man in charge of the house and a real host to his guest. He is working around the house and in the office all day long and is barely bored. He enjoys riding his bike along the lake in the summer and relishes his beautiful homeland. Anton Entner is very happy that the “Karwendel Bergbahn” is right in front of the hotel so he can be on the slopes of the “Zwölferkopf” from time to time. You can meet him in the restaurant or in the hotel hall in the evening where he enjoys talking to guests about the day and likes to give tour tips for the area.
Andrea Entner
The boss and good soul of the house ensures that guests and staff feel comfortable. She supports the team of the front desk with reservations and she is having an eye on the cleanliness around the house and all around. If there is time, Andrea Entner enjoys the beautiful region around the Achensee just like our guests. She enjoys having a walk along the shore of the Achensee or taking her E-Bike for a ride through the “Karwendeltäler”. During the cold time of the year she gets her energy with short winter walks on snowy paths. After this program full of activities she indulges her sweet tooth with a cup of coffee and a slice of homemade cake. In the evening you can meet Andrea Entner at reception or if there is live music at the hotel hall you can find her listening to the sound of the music.
Markus Entner
The junior boss inherited his hosting qualities from his parents and since graduating from hotel Management College, he is working at the Pfandler. He is solving almost all technical issues there are around the house. Markus Entner is the sporty one in the family. His hobbies are mountain biking, golf, cross-country skiing and alpine skiing. His credo is that after all the physical training you need to have a stop at the huts. True to the motto “Sport & Indulgence”. During dinner you can meet him at the restaurant where he and the restaurant staff are taking care of your well-being. If you are interested in taking part of the “Pertisauer” nightlife Markus Entner might just have the one or other tip ready for you.
Marlene Entner
The junior manager has not only lost her heart to a hotelier in her private life but has also developed a great passion for the hotel business and "pampering guests" professionally. Originally a qualified health care worker & nurse, she can also apply the skills she learned in the nursing profession very well in the service sector. Marlene delights everyone with her fresh and cheerful manner, whether you meet her at the reception, in the restaurant or in Pfandler's umbrella bar. Usually there is something to laugh about and in addition Marlene always has good advice for our guests on how they can benefit even more from their stay at the Pfandler. Her biggest hobby is exercising and therefore she is also the fitness pro in the house. As the youngest of five children, Marlene grew up in the Zillertal valley and spent her twenties in Schwaz. So it is no surprise that she already knew the Achensee well and, now living in the Pfandler, feels very comfortable in Pertisau and enjoys the large number of recreational possibilities in the region at every opportunity.
